|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — The apartment is very big and appliances great. The office staff is nice, helpful, and even give us little gifts sometimes. Maintenance response quickly and is concerned with our satisfaction. I do wish we had more activities and opportunities to get to know our neighbors, but that's not a true responsibility of an apartment complex. There is also often litter outside, but that's more of a misuse by other residents of the common areas. The sidewalk configuration is weird. Our parking stall row drains rain onto the sidewalk and not the road. There are dogs, even though it's not supposed to be a dog community, and the dogs aren't cleaned up after sometimes. This is especially a concern because we have the sandbox and you don't want to find dog waste in there. Those are some annoyances, but overall it's been a good experience so far.
|Recommended: YesProfessional Friendly Staff Who Meet The Needs Of Residents. — I have lived here for 5 years and have been treated like a valued member of the community. Their website makes my life easy in regards to online payments, maintenance requests, renewals, and updates for residents.

It's centrally located to everywhere I need to go, the staff is absolutely fantastic and we've enjoyed the pool, hot tub and playground. My apartment is very spacious and well kept. We're very happy here.

|Recommended: YesBetter Then I Expected — For the area, this seems to be an above average choice. The staff are responsive, professional, and organized. If you care about privacy, peace and quiet, it could be challenging to find something better. Like most apartments their is some bleedover of sound from the floor above and the pool, but its not out of control.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — Community is great, staff is helpful and friendly, I rarely hear my neighbors, and is overall a great place to live. Very few downsides but they are the kitchen sink is very shallow and small, also rent went up a considerable amount upon lease renewal.

|Recommended: YesIt's Great For An Apartment — The staff is amazing and the maintenance guy is insanely quick. The only significant downsides are that kids leave their toys all over the property and their trash, actually , the construction management has been doing has left mud all over the sidewalks, and despite the really strict no pet policy most of my neighbors have dogs as pets and that only seems to matter in selective cases, so we aren't comfortable getting one despite the fact that everyone has one. But honestly, the apartments are clean and spacious, management is responsive, maintenance is great, and it's pretty quiet.
|Recommended: YesGood Value For The Money — It's close to my work, it's usually pretty clean, and I don't have noise problems with neighbors. My face is familiar with the office staff and they have been helpful in making sure that certain shipments of mine that need to be refrigerated are always received at and stored in the apartment office so that I can stay at work on the day of delivery. And they recently got fiber internet. That's cool.

|Recommended: YesLove The Apartment And The Grounds. — My apartment is spacious and well kept up. It was clean when I moved in and in great condition. Any problems I have had and needed maintenance have been fixed quickly. Love the pool and the picnic area. Ample parking and sidewalks are well lit. We feel very safe and comfortable here. Love the family atmosphere and the friendly neighbors that I have had. Would recommend this apartment complex for families.
