|Recommended: YesRent At Wingpoint — From the very first interaction that I had with the front office ladies this process has been smooth thanks to their follow-through and hard work combined with mine. I was so grateful to find this complex after dealing with horrific landlords. Their prices are transparent and do not fluctuate. There are no hidden fees no surprises and the neighbors are kind. The swimming pool is beautiful and amazing along with the wading pool and hot tub. The community is small and I really like that. Upkeep and maintenance. The grounds is a priority and it shows. Every Neighbor that I have met has lived here for numerous years. I also very much appreciate the fact that I am not paying for communitywide utilities and a gigantic 130 media package. Everything is included with your total rent price and it doesn’t change. I cannot say enough good things about this property. I plan on making this my home for years to come. I also wanna point out that moving from one unit to another, every place I’ve lived before is 500 and up just to move a unit. The cost here, zero. Give them a call, tell them I sent you.

|Recommended: YesAmazing Experience From Out Of State — My husband and I had an amazing experience moving here. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient. We moved from out of state without being able to see the apartment in person, but they provided us with photos and guided us through the entire process. They did not disappoint. We love it here and hope to stay for a long time The maintenance team is also very kind and friendly—we felt truly welcomed. They really go the extra mile

|Recommended: YesReally Awesome Place — I am a first time renter but this place is amazing …our maintenance staff is super responsive and super nice …the office people are super helpful and do their best to help you however they can …noise is never really a problem everyone is pretty quiet and respectful…the only downfall is there isn’t enough parking but other than that it’s a really nice place with really good pricing

|Recommended: YesBest Move In Experience — Me and my wife moved in a couple days ago and were so shocked and surprised by how smooth everything went due to past experiences living in an apartment complex. the staff has been quick to respond to messages and help was quick and friendly when we had a few things needing to be repaired. overall has been a great first week being here and am excited to continue my stay at the complex
