|Recommended: YesAmazing — I love living here it very spacious for my family. The staff is great and maintaince is awesome always helpful and on top of things and understandable. The outside appearance is always kept up and clean . I would definitely recommend wing pointe to all. I enjoy living here very much so.only thing that kinda cruddy is additional parking theres not much of but everything else is outstanding.
|Recommended: YesAn Extremely Comfortable Place To Live. — Living at Wingpointe is nice. Our Landlady Jessica is very professional and our Assistant Landlady Anali is not only professional but sweet also. The maintenance people do respond to issues very promptly and when they show up they get right to it with no messing around. The Wingpointe Pool is a nice spot to spend an evening or the weekend where you can meet your neighbors and find out that most of the people who live here have agreeable personalities. Living where we are allows us to be close to Layton, Utah, where you can find most any restaurant or store you could ever desire. Living here comes with a reasonable cost and it is a safe neighborhood

|Recommended: YesAmazing Place To Live — Wingpointe is an amazing community with great staff The apartments and grounds get maintenance regularly. The community is quiet and and respectful and is really good for families. Working with Jessica, the property manager, is stress free. She is very knowledgeable and genuine towards the community and property.

The staff is always friendly and are very professional. It is without a doubt the best apartment complex for families. And the best one I have ever lived in.
|Recommended: YesLove — We love it here The staff are all wonderful, the grounds are kept well maintained. The amenities offered are unlike anywhere we've ever lived before. We love that the staff does things for their residents, like an Easter Egg Hunt for the kids on Easter. Little drawings and gifts randomly.

In fact, my garbage disposal clogged and they came the next morning with only a medium priority. I rarely hear my neighbors, and its always muffled. Centeal A C works well. Cheap price for big apartments and amazing complex.

|Recommended: YesQuiet, Clean, Great Staff — Wingpointe apartments have been great for me. I barely hear the neighbors even though I am on a ground floor. Grounds are relatively clean and the neighborhood is safe. The only downside of the complex is the entrances are both hampered by deep storm channels. I have several times had one of the four wheels of my car lift off the ground from entering the apartment complex. If you don't have a low sports car though, it should not be too big of a problem. Just enter slow if you want to save your suspension. Otherwise, I definitely recommend the complex to my friends.
