|Recommended: YesPeaceful And Affordable — I've lived here for a year now and just renewed my lease. I love it here My neighbors are so friendly, I enjoy how much grass and trees around the complex. For the most part it's clean, sometimes the common areas are messy but maybe 3 times a year have I found it messy. I love it here and will be staying until I buy a house

|Recommended: YesThis Property Is Well-Maintained And The Staff Are Professional And Helpful — Wingpointe is an amazing property The staff are friendly and professional. The apartment layout we have is large and well-lighted. It is also quiet. We don't hear any street noise or even our neigbors above and beside us. The grounds are well-maintained and pleasing to look at. The only real issue is parking. You get one covered space and then the rest is first come first serve. There are not a lot of extra parking spots near our building so you do have to walk quite a ways down if you have to use another parking spot.

|Recommended: YesGood Place To Live — I have lived here for almost 2 years and love it. I have great neighbors and the pool is enjoyable. Although, there was an issue with my toilet and we had maintenance come look. When they did, its like they almost did nothing and the toilet was still having the same issues. Eventually, we had a friend come take a look and it was an easy fix.
|Recommended: YesEasy — Wingpointe makes renting easy. They are accommodating, generous, and you pay a fair price. They are easy to communicate with. I’ve never had cleanliness or structure concerns. Everything was beautiful when we arrived and we’ve yet to have a maintenance issue. Their app is very easy to understand as well and is a huge convenience. Seriously an awesome place to live.

|Recommended: YesHidden Paradise — This apartment complex is a hidden gem. The price is great, they are continuously updating and cleaning the complex. They sweep the sidewalks and stairwells at least once a week. The maintenance crew is super friendly and efficient. And there is always enough parking.

|Recommended: YesI Loved How Clean The Apartment Was — It’s pretty clean here, when we moved in I was actually surprised by how clean it was. The neighbors are very nice. I can hear my upstairs neighbors really well but I mean that’s life. Nothing I’m upset about at all.
