|Recommended: YesWe've Enjoyed Our Stay! — Wingpointe has very large master bedrooms and walk in closets. The grounds are always nice. Maintenance is always helpful and fast. Management is helpful and tries to meet any requests we have had. I only wish that the walls were a little thicker....and that there was some kind of smoking restrictions (although, that would probably only be able to be enforced if it was a city ordinance I am guessing.) Over all they are really nice and a safe place to be!

Not only are they professional they really do care about the tenants at Wingpoint! I had a dishwasher that was crazy and my wife would call and each time they would send a helpful repair man out to fix it, until finally they just replaced it with a new one. How many apartment complexs would have left their tenants stuck with an old dishwasher that didn't work! Its little things like that, that make wingpoint a superb place to live. Both for the Military member and the civilian like me. "

|Recommended: YesSpacious, Nice Quiet Community! — The apartment floorplan is very spacious and feels like home. We have enjoyed living here and love the variety of people that live here. The grounds are very clean and well kept, the neighbors are very nice and welcoming. Whenever I have submitted a work order online the maintenance guy took care of it efficiantly and in a timely manner. I think it is fun how the apartment office does different balcony contests and encourages the nighbors to decorate thier balcony and participate in various events that they hold. I highly reccomend living here! We love it!

The staff and the maintenance are amazing!
Grounds are great and this place is very family friendly, lets you keep toys outside for all the kids and everything.
They kept the pool open longer for the residents because it stayed hot past Labor Day.
This place is for the residents and I love that! I will only recommend these apartments in the entire Davis county and I have lived at and been to a lot before, this is finally home!
|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment — Beautiful apartments but if you have kids its safer to stay on the first floor because the vinyl fence on the balconies are not secure.
|Recommended: YesMost Affordable, Largest Apartments In The Area — The best ever, pool is huge, has a cute little kiddie pool for the kids. The play ground is newer and safer then some of the metal ones at the other places. I have never heard my neighbors, sometimes I wonder if I have any. All the people who work here are super friendly and never act like your bothering them when you need something. LOVE this place!

My favorite part is the size of the apartments. the quality is good too. The appliances match which means a lot to me. Also the price is very affordable for what you get.
|Recommended: YesVery Satisfied — I love it. They keep the exterior very nice and clean and safe. It's got nice amenities like a pool, hot tub, and workout area. The maintenance guy Lawrence is the best maintenance person I have ever been around. He is always upbeat and is very quick to respond to any issue we have.

|Recommended: YesAwesome Place! — Office and maintenance staff are friendly and prompt in answering requests. Always willing to help. The place is new, clean, and very beautiful! Nice for the kids to play and the parents can see them around. The apartments are big and have lots of storage space. I love it here! I would recommend though a small cement pathway for those people that live far from the parking lot, so that we don't have to go all the way around during snow days.
